Fraser Island Luxury Beach House
This is the perfect holiday home for a family or two
couples, with or without children.
The deck overlooks the pool area making it the perfect place
to relax while keeping an eye on the youngsters. The deck is
protected by a child-proof pool gate which is also dingo-proof.

The layout of the house is typical of a "Queenslander", with
rooms opening off to either side of a central breezeway.
Both Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 are equipped with Queen size
beds. Bedroom 1 has a full ensuite while Bedroom 2 has private access to the
main Bathroom.
Bedroom 3 contains two single beds, one of which is equipped
with a roll-out trundle to accommodate a third person.
The large "L"-shaped lounge suite incorporates a fold-out
double bed. (Speak to the managers about the
suitability of this for your group.)

3 Bedrooms (2 Bathrooms, accommodates 6 guests), or

2 Bedrooms (1 Bathroom, accommodates 4 guests,
excludes Bedroom 1)
Features

Linen: All linen, sheets, towels, blankets are
provided.

Kitchen: The fully-equipped kitchen features
cutlery, crockery, glassware, a dishwasher,
refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave and other appliances.

Other facilities include a washing machine, clothes dryer,
telephone, CD/DVD player and Austar satellite TV.
Please be aware that Fraser Island is a
remote wilderness area. Should an appliance break down, the on-site managers
will do everything possible to effect a speedy repair. However, sometimes
this just cannot be done immediately if it requires parts or tradespeople
from the mainland. Please bring your sense of adventure to the island.
